Philosophy |
If the fitness industry
had the marketing expertise of Coca-Cola or McDonalds, our nation wouldn’t
be headed toward obesity. Unfortunately, we have a lot of misinformation
to overcome as the food industry continues to “create” new
food products. That coupled with an increasingly modernized and sedentary
society makes it necessary for most Americans to work with a professional
dedicated to fitness education. My job and passion is to inform and mentor
you toward a vibrant, healthy lifestyle. |
