Indoor Cycle Spinning (Windtrainer)
Saturdays, January 19 - February 23 8:30am - 9:20am
Join other cyclists who are getting ready for the cycling season ahead! Bring your bike and windtrainer and ride with us. This is a great way to work on your pedal stroke, improve endurance, and condition your legs for the road. Reserve your space for this 6 week program. Professional instructor. $10 per session.

Smart Boot Camp

This workout is intelligently designed for participants who want to improve their cycling, running or tone and tighten the entire body. It is a good overall cardiovascular workout as well. Experience the feeling when you exercise naturally using your body and weights for resistance, hills, trails, jumprope for cardio, and functional strength moves to reduce bodyfat. Every workout is different to keep the body challenged. Includes a workout schedule for the week.Private studio and on the bluffs around Lake Natoma, CA

"Learn To Cycle" Cycling Training Series
The Learn To Cycle Series consist of three training clinics geared for women. The Learn To Cycle Series will be given 3 times throughout the season at varying locations (see listing below). Topics include: Bike & Safety Check, Balance & Body Position, Starting, Emergency Stopping, Riding in a Pace Line & Group Tactics, Improved Descending & Turning, Improved Shifting & Hill Climbing, and Basic Bike Maintenance. Professional instructor. $30 per session.

Please eat a light meal before the session, bring helmet, gloves, water bottle, and a bike in good working order. If not prepaid, drop-in rate is $35 per session. Please RSVP by 5pm prior to session to Janae (janae@janaenoble.com). Private cycling training sessions are also available by appointment.
