Nutritional Coaching

If you are like most Americans, you are probably confused over what to eat. We all know diets don’t work, but what does? The “Food Pyramid” has left us overweight as a nation and with a “pyramid” body shape! Where do you turn? After training and consulting with many top physique athletes, endurance athletes, sports nutritionists, Olympians, biochemists and other personal trainers, I have found a solution that is successful for most people. I call it Nutritional Coaching.

How Does it Work?
Nutritional Coaching (sm) is a process that helps you determine exactly how to “fuel” your body properly to meet your goals. We use the word “fuel” instead of words like “dieting” or “eating” because our intent is to learn how to build a healthy, vigorous body—and for that you need the proper fuel to make YOUR body go. Nutritional Coaching consists of three phases:

Phase I Determining fueling requirements
to maintain your current physique

Phase II Determining fueling requirements
to obtain your goal physique

Phase III Creative Maintenance Solutions

During this process of self-discovery, you will learn which foods make you feel good, and which foods leave you tired or promote cravings. You will learn how to balance proteins, carbohydrates, fats, and water (macronutrients) to render the physique you are looking for. You will understand, finally, how food affects you and what you can do to control it.

Nutritional Coaching does not advocate diets, fasting, weight loss supplements, stimulants, synthetic food products or any other short-term weight loss program or strategy. Nutritional Coaching is based on whole foods and advocates eating as naturally as possible.

Each phase is two to four weeks long, depending on your learning curve and how much attention you put toward the process. The results are well worth the effort, because you will finally free yourself of any confusion surrounding the topic of food. Your online coach is with you all the way to help you on your fitness journey.

Cost: $160 per month.
