Personal Training & Class Rates
Personal training sessions allow me to personally
tailor training programs for you. My goal is to help you
feel comfortable with your body and prevent the effects of sedentary
living. If you have specific goals you want to achieve, you will indeed
reach them faster and prevent injury with my guidance and years of
experience.
What To Expect
My private studio is located on the bluffs overlooking Lake Natoma.
Therefore, we will take advantage of the natural setting and do the cardio
portion of the workout outdoors (unless it is raining or you don't want
to!) Please bring two pairs of shoes, one pair suitable for the trails
and another for the studio. The studio is designed for functional training
and strength training. We will use free weights, bodyweight and other
non-machine type training apparatus to achieve the desired results.
As a fun option, please bring your iPod or send me your favorite
playlist to use in the studio during your personal workout session.
Assessment includes:
Complete health history and lifestyle questionnaire
Realistic goal setting discussion
Cardio fitness test (walking or hill)
Body Composition measurement and analysis
Postural and Flexibility evaluation

Proper warm up

Correct heart or talk rate zone

By assessing your technique and riding style on the bike, I can
quickly identify problems that are hindering your cycling. Improved bike
handling skills and minor adjustments to your position on the bike can
improve your speed, stamina, and overall comfort on the bike.

All sessions
are 50 minutes in duration unless noted otherwise. I will receive notification
of your session purchase online, or you may bring your payment to your
first session.
24 hour notice is required to cancel a session, otherwise you will be
billed for the session. As an incentive to remain committed to a your
fitness goal, sessions are
not refundable or transferable.Thank you for your professional courtesy.
