Shape Up For Your Wedding DVD

This total-body workout is designed to be used in your home, using a stability ball, exercise band, dumbells and tubing. Reebok step is optional, but recommended to tone and tighten your buns, thighs and sculpt your legs. Shape Up for Your Wedding is a 20 minute workout, but can be done by body part or as time permits.

Results are guaranteed if you combine the workout with Online Nutritional Coaching, which provides the other essential component, a good eating plan.

Double Trouble Workout
