Start your training season off right with Smart Bootcamp. This four-week program is designed to get you into shape safely and injury-free. Classes involved strength training using bodyweight exercises, medicine balls, weights, hills, agility drills, balance work and flexibility. Emphasis is on proper form, with appropriate intensity and recovery to get fast results. Professional instruction by fitness expert and Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach, Janae Noble. Indoor private studio and outdoor setting. Please bring yoga matt, gloves, water bottle and winning attitude!

BIKE SKILLS TRAINING

"JUMP START" CYCLING TRAINING

Join the fun and learn how to cycle in record time! Get fit while joining the movement to save money, spend time outdoors, and help the environment! This 6-session course is designed for riders of all levels to improve their ability to cycle confidently and efficiently.

Course Includes:

• Road bike skills and drills clinic (shifting, braking, cornering, pedal efficiency, clinbing/descending)
• Bike repair and maintenance seminar (learn how to keep your bike running and fix a flat
• Bike fit clinic (learn how seat height and handlebar position increase comfort and better riding)

BIKE SKILLS: CLIMBING & DESCENDING SKILLS

Make peace with the hills! Learn to overcome the hills and increase confidence, power and speed with proper hill training. This year as part of the Princess Promenade's Metric Century we are offer an optional Time Trial to Beal's Point. To prepare you physically and mentally for this challenge we are offering Hill Climbing Classes which will improve climbing and descending, polish your bike skills, and give you a means to measure your fitness improvement over the 2009 season. This 4-hour clinic is designed for riders of all abilities.

Class Includes:

• Professional coaching emphasizing power production
• "Princess In Training" technical t-shirt
• Free Race - Time Your Climb to Beal's Point
• Establish proper heart rate training levels
• Climbing techniques for rollers, steep and continuous climbing
• Motivational group workouts

LEARN TO CYCLE SERIES

The Learn To Cycle Series consist of three training clinics geared for women. The Learn To Cycle Series will be given 4 times throughout the season at varying locations (see listing below). Teaching style is interactive and casual with the goal to increase enjoyment and accessiblity to cycling. Topics include: Bike & Safety Check, Balance & Body Position, Starting, Emergency Stopping, Riding in a Pace Line & Group Tactics, Improved Descending & Turning, Improved Shifting & Hill Climbing, and Basic Bike Repair. Certified, professional instructor. $90 per series. Drop in rate available for $30 per session.
Please eat a light meal before the session, bring helmet, gloves, eye protection (sunglasses), water bottle, patch kit, and a bike in good working order. If not prepaid, please RSVP by 5pm prior to session to Janae (janae@janaenoble.com).

Shape Up For Your Wedding DVD

This total-body workout is designed to be used in your home, using a stability ball, exercise band, dumbells and tubing. Reebok step is optional, but recommended to tone and tighten your buns, thighs and sculpt your legs. Shape Up for Your Wedding is a 20 minute workout, but can be done by body part or as time permits.

Results are guaranteed if you combine the workout with Online Nutritional Coaching, which provides the other essential component, a good eating plan.
